We invest in companies around the world working in the fragrance, food and cosmetics sectors. We offer debt investments from 500,000 to 5 million USD in both short and long terms to provide flexible financing to growing companies. We also provide support in measuring and evaluating the impact of our portfolio companies.
How we serve
We use different forms of capital to support innovative organizations that support communities and the environment. We support both non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and for-profit social enterprises working to promote affordable access to resources for communities in the food, fragrance and cosmetics sectors.
We invest in social enterprise organizations that are already promoting revolutionary solutions for access to basic services. These partners face the challenge of scaling their proven social impact models without the necessary working capital. Often due to a lack of track record, assets or small capital needs. By providing support to entrepreneurs at this difficult stage of expansion, we aim to increase the reach of products and services for the world's poor. Through access to affordable basic services, we promote individual dignity and community economic growth.

- Demonstrated and measured social impact
- Evidence that the impact on the target population will not be sacrificed due to the scale of operations.
- Business performance: at least 2 years of operation
- Predictable ability to service debt through cash flow.
- Experienced, impact-aligned management team with a strong governance structure.
- Demonstrated growth strategy to expand the business and impact of the proposed investment.
- Clear and justifiable need for a debt investment of between 500,000 and 5 million USD.
- Availability of assets to secure the debt, if required.
